Due to the pandemic that is affecting the entire world population, we have taken the appropriate measures to minimize the risks that may affect our clients. We are convinced that these measures will contribute to a safer and more peaceful stay. We highlight:

Breakfast served on the hotel’s outdoor terrace or in the rooms, at the customer’s choice. The distance between the tables during breakfasts on the terrace will be 2 meters.

All personnel who cannot keep the safety distance will be provided with a mask or screen.

To avoid crowds and facilitate compliance with the safety distances between people, the buffet breakfast is eliminated and a breakfast will be served at the table with the same quality level as always.

Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers are available in all transit areas.

A washable mask is delivered to each client.

We provide a WhatsApp number for continuous contact with the reception staff.

The upper terrace and Jacuzzi can only be used upon reservation, and without coinciding with other clients. It will be requested to be used at reception or via WhatsApp, for periods of 45 minutes, which may be extended if there are no other reservations.

We apply a daily protocol of disinfection with virucides and bactericides. Items that can be touched or manipulated, such as door knobs, hygiene items in bathrooms, chairs and tables, hangers, etc., are specially treated individually with specially indicated products.

All our bed and bath linen is washed at more than 70 degrees

Common areas are cleaned and disinfected a minimum of 4 times a day. Sanitation will be especially focused on elements such as handrails, knobs, keypads, etc ,.

All our staff is subjected to daily temperature control.
