Hotels in the old town of Pollensa
Pollensa Hotels brings together two small stays in the old town of Pollença, a minute’s walk apart. Hotel Juma opened in 1907 and is the oldest working hotel in Mallorca; L’Hostal Boutique Rooms opened in 2003 and shows work by a local artist.
Who we are
The Cifre-Ochogavía family
Five generations at the head of the hotel.
The same family has run the building since it opened as a hotel in 1907.
The interior was completely renovated in 1997 and the listed façade restored in 2020. Everything else remains: how guests are welcomed, breakfast, and a knowledge of the town that only comes from more than a century here.

Both stays are in the old town of Pollensa, a minute’s walk apart. Everything is around them: the market, the Plaça Major, the bars and the foot of the Calvari steps. Puerto Pollensa and its beaches are ten minutes away by car.
